A report on  the street play  on the theme:

                “ BETI BACHAO, BETI PADHAO “

A team of twelve   student members  of Dhriti Club has been been trained by Mr. Deepak Viz, music teacher of  our school , for  performing the street play on the PM ‘s scheme “ BETI BACHAO.BETI PADHAO” whereby  they  have shown their exclusive talent in  the play and won the appraisal of the spectators.

Initially, the play was performed on  26-11-2016 in the Palm Garden of our school on the PTM day.

Then the students had been out to   GMN College&  Arya Girls College of Ambala Cantt. For the same play where again they received lots of appreciation by the Principal.

The same play also performed in the school assembly on 26^th November 2016, on the eve of “International Day of elimination of Violence against women” which sensitized the hearts of everyone.

 Looking to, the pathetic conditions of the road and road accidents, all have to be very cautious when they are on the road. So the teachers and students members of the Dhriti Club have organized a special assembly, where by an awakening speech was delivered by Naina of class XI Commerce in which she created an awareness among all regarding how much alert and conscious we need to be when we are plying on the road whether on vehicle or on foot which was followed by a short demonstration on the signals and symbols to be followed while we are on the road, was given by the student members of the club.

Further Mrs. Raksha Joshi, teacher member of the Club conducted an open quiz for the students present in the assembly, in which  students had participated actively.
